On 5/17/2024, PCCC Art Group was invited to participate in Pine Richland school district’s World Culture Day, hosted by Lydia Music Center in Eden Hall Upper Elementary Auditorium. 2024年5月17日，PCCC藝術團受邀參加了，由Lydia Music Center在Eden Hall Upper Elementary Auditorium主辦的世界文化日表演。  

匹兹堡中华文化中心参与世界母语日 2024/02/21 2月21日是联合国指定的 International Mother Language Day世界母语日。 今年的2月21日（本周三）上午，匹兹堡市政府与七家民办组织合作，在匹茨堡市政府的 City-County Building 的主厅举办了庆祝世界母语日活动，庆祝语言在建设多样化友好城市中发挥的重要作用。 在新闻发布会上，印度裔的 Nandini Mandal 用孟加拉语朗诵了孟加拉传统诗歌；匹茨堡避难城的古巴流亡诗人 Jorge Olivera Castillo 朗诵了他的诗作；流亡的乌克兰诗人和歌手Oleksandr Frazé-Frazénko 与他的妻子 Mariya Trush 一同表演了乌克兰传统歌曲。匹茨堡市政府代表和市长 Ed Gainey 发表了讲话，认可和赞扬不同族裔的移民做出的巨大贡献，强调要继续努力让匹茨堡市成为一座友好、安全、繁荣的城市，让每个人不论背景如何都能够有充分发展的机会。 匹兹堡中华文化中心的创始前任会长计冠光和新任理事张红代表文化中心参加了国际母语日的庆祝活动。计老的毛笔书法是整个活动中最吸引人和受欢迎项目，大家络绎不绝的排队请求计老用中文书写他们的名字。在匹茨堡大学工作的张子菁和胡昊旻也参加了活动，帮助计老和求字者们获得满意的字幅。 除中华文化中心和匹兹堡避难城之外，此次活动的合作单位还有 Literacy Pittsburgh, Jewish Family and Children’s Services(JFCS), Atlas Dreams Languages, Immigrant Services and Connections (ISAC), and Kelir Books.  匹兹堡中华文化中心的创始前任会长计冠光与匹兹堡市长Ed Gainey合影

2024年2月20日晚，宾州州长 Josh Shapiro 与宾州各地亚太裔代表共同庆祝龙年春节。庆祝会由宾州州长办公室亚太裔事务委员会主任 Razin Karu 主持，在宾州首府Harrisburg 的 Forum Auditorium 举行。会上 Harrisburg 中华文化艺术协会的两位年轻演员表演了精彩的武术和舞蹈，州长 Josh Shapiro 发表讲话，高度赞扬亚裔为宾州的贡献，非常愉悦和大家共度农历新年。 匹兹堡中华文化中心董事长焦德泉和董事张红驱车三个多小时前往 Harrisburg 应邀参加庆祝会，与很多新老朋友见面交流，包括两位前任亚太裔事务委员会主任孙一（Stephenie Sun), Tiffany Chang, 旅美科协费城分会会长郑荣等人，并获悉州政府与文化相关的基金项目, 文化中心将会考虑申请。
